Sandra Bullock recently co-starred in the film Bullet Train with Brad Pitt, following her triumph in the action comedy The Lost City with Channing Tatum. The film’s trailer has been released to audiences worldwide, creating much buzz.

Aside from her acting profession, Bullock has spoken out about a period of intense stress that left her with anxiety.

She told Jada Pinkett Smith, Willow Smith, and Adrienne Banfield Norris that this was because of a series of bad things that led up to a stalker breaking into her house.

This experience significantly impacted Bullock’s life because it left her feeling entirely changed, and she was convinced she would die due to the tremendous pressure it put on her body.

Bullock sought counseling for her mental health concerns through Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) in her quest for assistance and comfort.

This type of therapy assisted her in gradually moving away from the effects of the trauma and beginning to heal. She described it as an “unraveling” process.

EMDR therapy, which stands for “Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing,” is a mix of talk therapy and quick side-to-side eye movements.

It assists patients in better coping with traumatic memories, emotions, beliefs, and physical sensations.
