Kurt Vogel Russell is a well-known American actor who first appeared on television at the age of 12 in a western series. His exceptional talent was recognized when he received a Golden Globe nomination for his excellent performance in Mike Nichols’ 1983 picture Silkwood.

Russell was born to actor Bing Russell and ballerina Louise Julia Russell in Springfield, Massachusetts. Kurt Russell is said to have a terrible medical illness called Necrotizing fasciitis, which is a flesh-eating disease.
