Candace Leslie Cima (76) Shows The World How To Age Properly And The Trolls Hate It

There are some people who age gracefully and others who go kicking and screaming in that direction. Sometimes, we just need someone to show us how to age properly and Candace Leslie Cima is up for the challenge.

The 76-year-old woman has shown many people how to age in the proper way and to embrace the aging process. Unfortunately, she has also been judged harshly for some of the clothing she wears.

After being criticized online for wearing a swimsuit, she responded to the negativity. She said that she was not bothered by what the hater said and would continue to prove that women can look beautiful and embrace fashion at any age.

Candace Leslie Cima is a mother and grandmother, along with a businesswoman, artist, and wife. She was born in Buffalo New York and was a model for much of her life. She has a blog: “Life In My 70s: Aging Is Changing.” In that blog, she discusses how women should embrace the aging process and age naturally.

Cima said that she has always been fascinated with aging and the negativity that is associated with it. She didn’t wait until she was older to feel this way, she was in her 20s when she first began considering it.

For the past 32 years, she has owned a senior housing community and she helps people from a variety of backgrounds to have a positive attitude.

“The one thing I know for sure is that Aging is Changing. We are not our mothers or our grandmothers. We now have the chance to be productive, intelligent, compassionate, [and] stylish women throughout our later years.”

She also regularly posts videos on TikTok, wearing some trending and fashionable clothing. About 100,000 people have followed her on TikTok, but sometimes people don’t say positive things about what she is wearing.

For the most part, the critics will talk about how she is not dressing her age and how the outfits she is wearing are inappropriate. This doesn’t bother her, as she lets them have their say and then snaps back by continuing to wear that clothing.

In one particular case, she was wearing a nice outfit someone in their younger years may have worn. Negative comments came her way, saying that she should not be wearing those outfits at her age. She shuts the comments down and corrects the person saying that she was actually much older than they thought.

Her TikTok channel was created to help encourage people to embrace life and to age gracefully. She said: “Many older women live vibrant and fulfilling lives as they age. More and more women are setting records and breaking through barriers.”

We appreciate the work that she’s doing and we hope that she continues to provide all of the encouragement people need.
