Débora Abigail Véliz Reynosa is Boots’s owner, and she was only 17 years old when she passed away during a terrible car crash.

Magic didn’t happen, and this young girl tragically lost her life during this accident. At that time, she was only a 17-year-old with a huge heart.
Along with Débora on the road was Boots, but he was lucky enough to survive. He was later found holding onto Débora’s lifeless body when the police arrived at the scene. The loyal little pup simply refused to leave her side.
Though it’s only been one day since Débora adopted Boots, their connection was incredible.

Her untimely death hit her educational center hard, and they shared their condolences, keeping her in their thoughts and prayers. And just a few days ago, on September 21, Débora’s family and friends said their final goodbyes at her funeral.
Overcome with sadness over Débora’s death, her boyfriend, Samuel, decided to adopt Boots.
