Four Friends Line Up For A 60s Classic Then Switch Things Up And Stun The Audience

Are you somebody who enjoys getting up in front of others in performing? It really takes a special type of person to do it. As a matter of fact, fear of speaking in public or performing in front of others is among one of the most common phobias and most people would rather take a punch to the nose than do something in the public eye. As it turns out, however, there is a group of youngsters that are about to do something amazing, and you get to go along for the ride.

These four friends were about to perform in front of the entire class and by the end of the performance, they would receive an ovation that was certain to spark them on to greater things. There is no doubt that they prepared for hours for this event but when the moment finally arrived, they did it with style. I’m not saying that they didn’t have any butterflies before they went up on stage but it is difficult to see any hint of nervousness in any of their actions.

When these boys entered the high school prom, they had on matching outfits. There wore white T-shirts, black suspenders and brown pants. It looked classic, but what could they possibly be up to? The audience was about to find out.

When the music started, it was playing ‘Stand by Me’, a timeless classic that many of us know by heart. They moved to the beat, using some old school dance moves that really got the audience fired up but within a minute, they were switching to something else.

When the beat increased, their feet increased along with it. Nobody was expecting this turn of events. Suddenly, Chubby Checker was blasting on the speakers playing, Let’s Twist Again. They laughed as they moved across the stage. It was obvious that they were having a blast.

The dance just continued to flow from one routine to another as they moved through the decades. They played music from the 60s, 70s, 80s and even down to modern time.

This routine was a success and the audience was in love with what these boys were doing. As for the dancers, they were having a lot of fun and they are probably looking for the opportunity to get back up on the stage again.

The routine was entitled, New Evolution of Dance, which has references to a viral video from 2001. That viral video went over dance crazes from five decades and since that time, it has inspired many to do their own routine.

These teens had smiles on their faces throughout the dance but they didn’t simply get up and do something without practicing. It’s obvious that the entire thing was choreographed and they put in a lot of practice.

I’ll be the first one to admit that it is not easy to get up in front of your peers. That is especially true when you’re in high school and are dancing in front of everyone. These boys were brave enough to do it and it paid off in a big way.
