Not everyone will have military personnel deployed far from home. Nevertheless, we understand the pain of being separated from someone we love. Once they are right in front of our eyes, resisting hugging them could be one of the most challenging things ever.

Karas has not seen her daddy, Lieutenant Daniel Ogelsby, for over nine months. For a little girl, the long time was unbearable. Hence, when she saw her father so up close. She couldn’t wait to reunite with her father. And that’s precisely what she did.

Lt. Ogelsby returned after his training mission in Kuwait. He is a part of the 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team. In the middle of the welcome home services for the military, Kara ran to her father to give him a big hug.

It is just one of those sweet moments, which was captured by many news channels. The father must have wanted to hug his baby for a while. However, he signals her to go back to mommy.
