Scientists Reveal How Much Sex Men Should Have To Lower Heart Disease Risk

Taking care of your heart could be as simple as becoming more active in the bedroom, according to fascinating new research. It seems sexual activity might not only be good for your relationship but also for your overall health.Although many people prioritize exercise and a healthy diet when it comes to heart health, sexual frequency often doesn’t get the attention it deserves.

But according to a recent study, regular sex could play a key role in reducing the risk of heart disease as men age.The findings suggest that a more active sex life can lead to significant long-term benefits for cardiovascular health, making it an unexpected yet effective form of self-care.

Leading the study, a team of scientists from China found that men who engage in frequent sexual activity tend to have lower chances of developing heart disease.Their findings highlight how regular sex benefits the heart by improving circulation, reducing stress levels, and giving the heart a workout.

The researchers, who published their findings in the Journal of Scientific Reports last December, also emphasized that sexual activity can serve as an important marker for a person’s overall health. It reflects both physical fitness and mental well-being.
