When most people look at Hollywood couples, they don’t think about them having any type of longevity. In fact, we may even start thinking about how long they will last from the moment they start.

There are a select few Hollywood couples, however, who have broken the mold and have lasted for a very long time. They provide some hope for us that true love can exist among those celebrities and they are an inspiration.

Pierce Brosnan is one of those individuals, as he has been married to Keely for 23 years. Not only that, he continues to show how much he loves her each year and he does so publicly, for the world to see.

On Instagram, he wrote: “Happy 23rd anniversary, my darling Keely, my beautiful brown-eyed girl, my north, my south, my east, and west. All my love, should I fall behind wait for me.”

He went on the share four pictures of the happy couple through the years.

Fans of the couple were quick to share their congratulations and to express their well wishes for many more happy years.

It wasn’t only Pierce who shared his love and appreciation for his significant other on that day, his wife did the same in a touching tribute on Instagram.

She wrote: “August 4th, 2001, Ashford Castle, County Mayo, Ireland. ‘You are the finest, loveliest, tenderest person I have ever known.’ FSF Happy Anniversary, my love @piercebrosnanofficial. Here’s to the next 23 years together. May they continue to be creative, adventurous, loving, inspiring, and joyful. Time flys on love’s wings.’”
