There are plenty of things that people tend to argue about and sometimes, they will shout at the top of their lungs if they feel strongly enough about it. This can be true of almost any subject, but it seems as if the subject of tipping gets a lot of attention.

Tipping is a part of the culture in the United States and, like it or not, it is important for the sake of the staff that is waiting on us at restaurants. Some people feel as if it is not deserved but others recognize that it is necessary.

Included among those who often will argue on the side of tipping is restaurant managers. Say what you like, but they will sometimes try to do what they can to get a tip for the waiters and waitresses, especially because they have to stay alive in a very competitive market.

Of course, if your waiter or waitress has been an exceptional individual, you probably don’t have a problem with leaving a tip behind. You may also be someone who tips regularly and goes above and beyond.

That being said, there are plenty of people who don’t And they feel that it is wrong to do so. Perhaps that is how the gentleman felt in the following video, but they were about to get called out for not tipping.

The video was uploaded to TikTok and it shows a manager talking to some men who did not leave the waitress a tip. They had been shooting pool and drinking all night and they were taken care of properly, but they didn’t leave a tip behind.

The restaurant manager was not about to allow them to get away with it so he called them out. Someone took a video of it and posted it on TikTok and before you know it, there was a lot of arguing taking place in the comments.

I’m sure that nobody changed their minds in one direction or another but it sure is fun to watch.
