When it comes to household names, very few of them have earned a place as high as Michael Jackson. The King of Pop had a career that spanned decades and his music continues to entertain us many years after his death.

It wasn’t only the music of Michael Jackson that caught our attention. It was also his private life and some of his unusual activities that kept us entertained, or at least kept us interested.

Michael Jackson was married to Lisa Marie Presley, the daughter of Elvis Presley. He also had three children, but the majority of his life was kept as private as possible.

Although almost everybody knows who Michael Jackson is, they may not realize that he has three children. He has a son named Michael Joseph ‘Prince’ Jackson Junior, a daughter, Paris Jackson, and a second son, Prince Michael ‘Blanket’ Jackson II.

You rarely ever saw these children in the news but there were times when they were out with their father in public. Anytime they were in the spotlight, it wasn’t always the best time for Michael Jackson.

More recently, Paris has started working in the entertainment industry and the Jackson children have been thrust into the spotlight. His son, Blanket, is now known as Bigi and has purchased a multimillion-dollar home.

The children were together for the musical production associated with their father in 2022 and they now make sure that their father’s memory is kept alive in some way or another.

They were between the ages of 7 and 12 when their father died and they attended his funeral. Two of the children then accepted a post-humus lifetime achievement award at the Grammy Awards for their father the next year.

For the most part, you didn’t know much of anything about the children while they were growing up. Now that they are grown, they are seen a little more often.

Paris started her career as a model and actress and seems to be doing well. Prince has publicly said that music is a big part of his life and it shaped him to the point where he wants to go into production.

Since he is the oldest, he was told by his father to take care of the children and to lead by example. He admits that he fell short of the mark and his siblings picked up the slack.

Bigi had a bit of a rough childhood due to bullying and his original name, Blanket. He was in the spotlight when he changed his name, and he even admitted that he resented his father for calling him by that name.

The children have done what they could to live a good life and up until this point, they seem to have done so, despite a few issues along the way.

Paris is doing well as a model and she has guest-starred on television shows on occasion. She said that she was 11 when her father died and she had a difficult time coping with it. She has more than 50 tattoos and nine of them are dedicated to Michael.

She also said that their father made them work hard and always put a good work ethic into them.

Prince went to business school with the possibility of becoming an entrepreneur. After graduating in 2019, he thanked many people for helping him, including members of the family.

Prince also mentioned that there was no hierarchy in the family. He said that they are siblings and they all work at a similar level.

Undoubtedly, Michael Jackson would have been proud of his children and the way they turned out.
