A tragic case fueled by relationship tensions has ended with a life sentence after a jury found Aaniyah Nowden guilty of murder in the shooting death of Justina Wallace, a pregnant mother of five.

According to prosecutors, the fatal confrontation stemmed from an ongoing dispute involving a man with whom both women had children and were expecting babies. Authorities said tensions had been building for some time over the complicated relationship and concerns surrounding the father’s involvement and support.
