When Goldie Hawn turned 78, her daughter, Kate Hudson, wanted to give a special tribute to her. She was able to do so, and thousands of people have commented about it.

What do you do when you have a mother who is as famous as Goldie Hawn as a way of honoring her? There is no better way than to show some history and to make them smile. After all, the tribute is for them, not for others who are looking on.

She was able to do this by posting a video of the life they had together. It was a snapshot of special moments between the mother and daughter, including pictures of them traveling and special family moments that others may never have seen.

Best of all, she made sure that there was plenty of humor included in the clip, including some video of her mother dancing on a boat and the daughter cheering her on.

Kate also said that her mother was a ‘woman who is easy to celebrate.’ She went on to wish her the happiest birthday and called her a ‘fun, beautiful, and inspiring mother.’

The post continued: “We love you big time Gogo Join me in using one word to describe what Gogo means to you and shout out a big HBD My word for you today @goldiehawn is MAGNIFICENT.”
