Goldie responded by telling her that she was correct and that she did not know that, but that the most important thing for her to learn was whether or not her partner had been unfaithful.

The fortune teller informed her that Gus had been seeing another woman, and that she should immediately board a flight to Las Vegas in order to face Gus. When Goldie found out that Gus was having an affair, she described it as the “saddest thing that has ever happened.”

 

Gus informed her that he wasn’t sure whether he was in love with the lady he cheated on her with and that she should go home and think about their relationship for a bit. She questioned Gus if he was in love with the woman he cheated on her with, and he told her that he wasn’t sure.

 

Goldie came back to her house feeling brokenhearted, and for some time after that, the pair lived apart. However, they did end up getting back together, and Goldie believed that this time they had found the love that would be the one that would last a lifetime.
