Celebrating Helen Hunt, Hollywood’s golden girl

Helen Hunt began her career as a child actress in the 1970s, appearing on television shows such as ‘The Swiss Family Robinson’ and ‘The Mary Tyler Moore Show.’ And it was on the small screen that Hunt became an international star as Jamie Buchman in the multiple award-winning ‘Mad About You.’

Soon afterwards she was a Hollywood A-lister, and in 1997 won the Academy Award for Best Actress for ‘As Good as It Gets.’ Known for her caustic wit and easygoing charm, Helen Hunt continues to work in film, television, and on stage, her theatrical endeavors extending to leading roles in plays.
