Bullying is a problem that many people have to face. It can affect us on a very personal level and some of us have to deal with the situation for the majority of our lives.

One young boy who had to deal with bullying was Quaden Bayles. After he responded to bullies, his mother recorded it on a video that went viral. He was only nine years old and suddenly, he was famous on social media.

His mother explained that he was born with a type of dwarfism known as achondroplasia. You can hear him screaming in the footage, saying: “I just want to stab myself in the heart… I want someone to kill me.”

After the video was posted online, the video prompted some bullying as well. Some people even said that he was an 18-year-old actor trying to scam people to raise money. In reality, he is just a little boy.

After the video went viral, Quaden received a lot of support from huge movie stars, including Hugh Jackman. He also ended up being cast in a movie by director, George Miller.

After seeing him in the movie, Miller said that he needed to cast him in Furiosa. He admitted: “It was good for us and it was good for him […] He did such a good job [in Three Thousand Years of Longing] that he’s got a small role in Furiosa.”

It’s nice to see that things have turned around for him.
