• 450 ml boiling water
• 2 medium ripe bananas with spots
• 2 tablespoons honey

Preparation

1. First, peel the bananas and puree them with a wooden fork or spoon. Tip: Do not use metal cutlery as the bananas tend to darken when they come into contact with metal

2. Then put the bananas in the pot and pour boiled water over them. Let the mixture steep for 25 to 30 minutes.3. Finally, when the remedy has cooled, add honey. You can strain the mixture if you prefer it transparent.

Important: add the honey last so that it does not lose its important properties through the boiling water.

Consumption :

• Drink 150 ml of this remedy 3 times a day (450 ml in total per day).
