That’s when the actress showed her vulnerable side realizing that there became a point where she could no longer hide behind her work. “I started to realize that isn’t going to work for me. About a year ago, I was like, ‘I was a robot and the robot broke.’ I cried and cried.”

It was also during this time that Witherspoon was going through a divorce from her ex-husband Jim Toth. As Mamas Uncut previously reported, she and Toth were married for 12 years before listing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for their divorce.

The documents also shared that the couple already has a pre-nuptial agreement between the two of them. The couple shares custody of their son, Tennessee.

Witherspoon told the audience that was hard for her to admit publicly. “It actually makes me feel very vulnerable sharing that with you all. But I think it’s important.”

The Hollywood icon continued adding that it is important to think about yourself once in a while even when so many others are also depending on you.

“We hold up so much for so many. My beautiful friend, Cleo Wade, just wrote this gorgeous poem … about the glue in people’s lives. And sometimes you are the glue in everybody’s life, whether it’s at work or being a mom or being a partner, but who is holding you together, you know? It’s really important to remember.”

Witherspoon said she broke down when she realized she hadn’t been “taking very good care of myself. I wasn’t asking other people for help.”

“I feel like I’ve learned a lot because I did the work – the hard work – in my early 20s, and reading every book and every self-help book and going to therapy and really trying to understand myself and forgive the parts of myself that were broken and the parts of myself where I felt like a failure, because it was a huge part of it.”

She’s also changed her mindset. “Instead of thinking of it as a failure, I think, ‘Gosh, I’ve learned so much from that moment.’ And I don’t blame others. I just reward myself for the hard things that little Reese went through.”

Nearly two weeks after Suzanne Somers passed away, her official cause of death has been released. According to the death certificate, obtained by The Blast, her immediate cause of death was “breast cancer with metastasis to the brain.”

Additionally, high blood pressure and hydrocephalus were listed as additional underlying conditions that led to her passing. Hydrocephalus is defined by the American Association of Neurological Surgeons as when “excess cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) builds up within the fluid-containing cavities or ventricles of the brain” and causes “harmful pressures on the tissues of the brain.”

TLC Star Meri Brown Reveals the Cruel and Heartless Way Kody Brown Ended Their Marriage

The relationship between TLC stars Kody Brown and many wives has taken a dramatic turn over the last year. Now Meri is speaking out.
Instagram

At the moment, Kody is currently only in a relationship with one of his wives, the only one he is legally married to, Robin. In fact, one of his ex-wives, Christina, recently remarried and has vowed never to be in a plural marriage again.

Now, one of Kody’s other ex-wives, Meri, is speaking out about the cruel and heartless way Kody ended their marriage. “In our religious background and when he and I got married, we married with the intention of forever,” she explained during a confessional for their show “Sister Wives.”

In Meri’s mind, exchanging vows meant their marriage “literally was an eternal covenant.” However, years later, she learned Kody didn’t see it that way.

Instagram

As Meri explained, Kody allegedly ended their relationship by telling her, “‘Well, I’m just not interested. You can stick around if you want.’” Meri admitted to being dumbfounded by Kody’s response, saying, “’Why would I want to do that eternally? Be with somebody who really just has changed his mind about me.’”

Instagram

It was in that moment, Meri knew she too had to move on. “I said to him, because our life is public, why don’t we just be real open and honest about this? That we should discuss this and that we should really be open about our story with this? And he said, ‘No, I don’t want to do that.’ He said, ‘I just have so much criticism I don’t want to be open and vocal about it. Let’s just keep this between us.’”

That didn’t sit well with Meri either, admitting she didn’t want to “go the rest of my life hiding the fact that this is the way our relationship is.” Meri said, “This is my story too,” and she has every “right” to share it if she wants.

It’s unclear if Kody has plans to be in a polygamist relationship again. Currently, he is a monogamist.

Actress Tara Reid Opens Up After the World Continues to Speculate on Her Weight and Health

WARNING: This article discusses weight and eating disorders. Some readers may find the topics disturbing or triggering.

Actress Tara Reid has had it with people online speculating about her weight and her health.

In an interview with Los Angeles Inquisitor, Reid said she’s had it with people who are constantly telling her she is too thin. “If we were overweight then they can’t say anything because that’s bullying,” she explained.

“But it’s the same thing if you’re skinny. That’s still bullying too.”

Reid then addressed speculation that she is suffering from an eating disorder. It’s a rumor she wholeheartedly denies.

“I have no anorexia and never have. And I definitely don’t have any bulimia. I’m terrified of throwing up, so that’s not gonna happen. And I love food too much.”

She continued, “So anyone that says I’m anorexic or bulimic, they’re wrong. So stop it. Leave me alone. Pick on me again on something else, but not on those two things. It’s not right.”

In the past, Reid has talked about always being naturally thin and having “a high metabolism.” “Anyone with a high metabolism understands it’s impossible to gain weight. All I do is eat,” she once explained.

“To everyone who wrote something nice and stuck up for me, I love you! And keep spreading that love, it is the only thing that will save this world.” Reid admits these speculations have followed her for years.

“I’ve gone through it for so many years that, you know, sometimes I feel bad for them because if they’re that miserable writing things at home, what are they doing? That’s negative. You know, it’s hurtful.”

However, no matter how many people choose to be negative towards her body, Tara admits she will always choose love. “Love will always beat hate. It’s just so hard to find love because you’ve got to find it in yourself first.”
