The webinar, held in February, was conducted in both English and Spanish and featured legal experts offering information to immigrants on how to handle visits or interactions with U.S. Immigration and Customs
Enforcement (ICE). Attendees were informed of their constitutional protections, including the right to remain silent and the necessity for ICE agents to have a judge-signed warrant to enter a home. Read more below
