Woman says she won case for being born without consent

Just when you thought you’d seen everything on TikTok, along comes Kass Theaz, who claimed that she sued her parents for giving birth to her without consent. According to her viral video, Theaz not only took her parents to court but she walked away with $5,000 a month in “involuntary life support” payments.

New Jersey’s Kass Theaz is a satirical content creator who pokes fun at extreme “woke” logic by taking it to hilariously absurd levels.

In 2023, she shared a TikTok clip, announcing that she sued her parents for giving birth to her without her permission.

“I was not aware that I was going to have to grow up and get a job and support myself…I did not consent to that. They didn’t try to contact me in anyway before I was born to see if I actually wanted to be here,” Theaz said in her video. “If you are pregnant right now you need to go you need to hire a psychic medium and ask if they actually wanna be here.”

“Otherwise,” the apparent woke warrior adds, “they will sue you because I’m making that my life mission to teach children to sue their parents, so they don’t have to work.”

‘Ethical’ parenting

The Hoboken resident, who’s a mother of three, defended her position as a parent by explaining that she adopted and had her children the “ethical way.”

“I mentioned in my last video that I went clothes shopping for my children, and a lot of people are shocked to hear that I have children considering I sued my parents for having me without my permission,” she started in the clip that’s been viewed 8.3 million times since it was posted in May 2023.

“It’s different when you adopt because it’s not my fault that they’re here. I’m just trying to be a good person and help them out. You know what I mean?”

Many TikTok users took the bait, filling the comments section with reactions that ranged from shock to slow claps of sarcastic admiration.

“What happens if they sue you for adopting them as they DIDNT get to choose YOU, you chose you..!” writes one stunned netizen.

Another jokes, “I can’t believe your parents would do that! I was contacted at seven months, so I knew what was coming.”

“I’m pregnant and my baby has told me they’re so excited to pop out,” a third user shares.

Monthly ‘allowance’

Without skipping a beat, Theaz responded to one comment from a follower that said, “Hope the court rules in your favor and agrees you should never have been born and gets to work on undoing that.”

In her follow-up video, the woman claimed that the court did in fact rule in her favor, awarding her a $5,000 allowance every month – supplied by her parents – to cover “basic needs,” like shelter, food and clothing.

“And then whatever I decide to work for, if I ever decide to work, which I won’t, it’s just like extra spending money for me. But essentially, they’re responsible for my life for the rest of my life because they didn’t ask for my permission before they had me,” the influencer deadpanned.

Disclaimer

Within the next short while, her story was picked up by several media outlets that failed to understand her purpose of “satire,” a warning that is noted in her TikTok profile.

“I thought it was obvious that I was joking,” the woman told the New York Post.

“I do find it humorous, though. People get worked up over anything. It shows how little people research before reacting.”

‘Trans-species’ son

In another hilarious video, the satirist laments on her TikTok, which has 8.6 million likes, that she’s “ashamed” for the way she reacted when her son came out as a cat.

“I feel so much mom guilt for never taking him seriously when he was trying to be vulnerable with me and come out to me as trans-species,” she joked, explaining the pains she experienced litter-box training her son, who “identifies as a cat.”

The influencer is later seen lobbying for a “trans-species child tax credit.”

Kass Theaz never cracks a smile and is very convincing – she deserves an Oscar for her flawless delivery of satire!
