Bikers found an ABANDONED DOG holding a plastic BAG in his mouth.

Paul Skinner, a 58-year-old man, went biking with a few of his pals. They noticed something odd moving in a ditch beside the road as they strolled down a more isolated stretch of road. They chose to get closer to better observe what was going on. As they approached, they saw a scared, seemingly abandoned dog attempting to shield a sack in his jaws.

However, the men were taken aback when they opened the bag. Within the bag were four deceased puppies. The puppies appear to have been born on the same day. Fearful of what they had witnessed, the men contacted the police right away. Along with them were representatives from an animal shelter, who picked up the puppy and gave it the name Carly.

The authorities concluded after doing some investigation that Carly had been left in that ditch with her puppies as soon as she gave birth. Carly never left her cubs’ side, even after their owner abandoned them, but it appears that she was unable to free them from the securely fastened plastic bag. All we can hope is that Carly’s owner will be apprehended and made to pay for this awful act. He has committed acts of extreme cruelty. He didn’t only leave the mother and the puppies; in an attempt to deny them a shot at life, he also placed them in a knotted plastic bag. He gave them the death penalty.

Carly is a spaniel cocker.

Sadly, there are more and more instances of animal maltreatment and abandonment. More severe penalties and stricter legislation are required for people who commit these crimes. All we can hope for is that Carly will find a loving home and receive the care she needs. She is a brave woman who chose to stay with her puppies until the very end, in spite of the heat and a lack of food or water.
