The world was shocked when the news of the plane crash in Brazil hit the Internet. It wasn’t just the news, it was also the chilling video of the plane spiraling out of control as it went to the ground.

New details have now been shared about some of the 62 different victims who were on the flight that Friday. That flight, which crashed into a neighborhood in Sao Paulo state in Brazil resulted in the loss of life of everyone on board.

The airline operating the flight, Voepass, has confirmed that the twin engine turboprop plane was on its way to Sao Paulo’s Guarulhos International Airport when the accident occurred. There were 58 passengers and four crew members on board.

A number of the victims have already been identified and named, including the pilot. He is referred to as being experienced.

Captain Danilo Santos Romano, 35 was the pilot of the plane who died in the disaster. He was the first victim to be identified. Over the past 10 years, he has been a pilot and has been working with Voepass Airlines since 2022. Some 4500 flight hours have been logged.

According to a colleague, he was always willing to help and always smiling. His social media showed that he also enjoyed participating in sports, and recently ran a 15 K race.

Officials have confirmed that he was on the plane in the cockpit at the time that the plane crashed.

The co-pilot was also named. 61-year-old Humberto de Campos Alencar e Silva died in the crash, along with flight attendants Débora Soper Avila, 29, and Rubia Silva de Lima, 41.

Many other people were on board, including an elderly couple in their 70s. The youngest was 3-year-old Liz Ibba dos Santos. She was traveling with her 41-year-old father.

Several doctors heading to a seminar were on board. They were heading for seminar. A tribute was posted by the hospital, saying that they “treated all patients with great dedication, affection, and respect.”

The statement added: “It is no wonder that the two were frequently praised by our ombudsman offices. The love that they both had for their profession was very clear.

“Now, all that is left for us is the longing and memories of two young doctors who left us too soon.”

As of the middle of the day on Saturday, some 30 bodies had been recovered from the crash site. The rest were expected to be removed by the end of the day.

As of yet, there is no known cause as to why the crash took place. It was flying for about an hour and a half without incident and no call for help came in from the crew. There were also no adverse weather conditions reported by the crew.

According to a statement by the CEO of the airline: “The entire crew was competent.

“We are waiting for access to all communications between the pilot and the control tower to have a broader understanding of what happened.”

They have recovered the black box from the plane containing voice recordings and flight data. It will be analyzed for any additional information as to why the plane was plummeting and fell over 13,000 feet in one minute.

That fall to the ground was caught by someone on the ground before the plane disappeared behind the trees.

Eyewitnesses also shared footage of the wreckage after it landed close to a home. Nobody on the ground was hurt as a result of the crash.
