WASHINGTON – Secretary of State Marco Rubio has recounted an unusual incident aboard Air Force One in which he and several senior officials reportedly spent roughly 90 minutes trying to determine whether a sleeping passenger was simply resting or experiencing a potentially serious medical emergency.
