This document is a duplicate of Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor’s birth certificate, issued by the Portland Hospital in London, England.

On that certificate, Meghan Markle’s title was listed as “Princess of the United Kingdom.”

According to the most recent available record, Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor was born on June 6 at 11:40 a.m. at the Santa Barbara Cottage Hospital near the family’s estate in Santa Barbara.
