Neil Diamond shocks the crowd with a rare performance of “Sweet Caroline” that no one saw coming… Watch the video below…

Diamond hasn’t sung in public since then, except for a few surprise shows that no one saw coming.

The most recent was just before his 82nd birthday, when “A Beautiful Noise,” a musical based on his life, opened on Broadway.

When Diamond walked into the theater with his family after walking the red carpet, the audience stood up and cheered. After he took his seat, a microphone was given to him.

The crowd thought he would say a few words, but no one saw what came next coming.

Watch Neil Diamond lead the theater in what may be one of the best crowd-pleasers of all time.
