Gypsy Rose Blanchard Is Getting Out Of Prison And People Aren’t Happy

There are times when people go through a difficult time in life and they make decisions that end up putting them in prison. In some cases, those individuals become a household name because of the things that they did.

Gypsy Rose Blanchard is one of those individuals who has been in prison for eight years. She was originally sentenced to a 10 year sentence but now she is being released two years early.

Many people are familiar with the Blanchard case because of the relationship that she had with her mother. Eventually, the relationship would lead to the death of her mother, Dee Dee Blanchard.

Included in the difficulties that Gypsy Rose faced were unnecessary medical diagnosis, surgeries, and a fabricated illness. This was all due to her mother having Munchausen by proxy syndrome.

Blanchard was under the control of her mother and eventually went on a Christian dating website, where she met Nicholas Godejohn. She hired him to kill her mother, which he did in June 2015 by stabbing her to death while she slept.

Both Gypsy Rose Blanchard and Godejohn were convicted for what they did. Godejohn said that Blanchard was his soulmate and said that their time together was the best days of his life. They are hoping that his recent diagnosis of autism can help with a future trial.

Now that Gypsy Rose Blanchard has been granted parole, she is set to be released on December 28, 2023. She plans on writing a book and there are a number of men who also have expressed interest in pursuing her romantically.

This has concerned many people, as they want her to have a normal life and they are afraid that she may not have received everything she needed to overcome the years of abuse that she received at the hands of her mother.
