We sometimes hear it said that age is nothing but a number. It’s interesting to hear, but there are times when we see the truthfulness behind that saying.

One of the ways that we may see someone in a younger light is when we see them dancing. After all, dancing is something that all of us do but sometimes, we can only dance like nobody’s watching.

That isn’t the case with the couple that we have for you in the video below. Not only are they able to dance, they can do it in a way that will make your heart happy.

The couple have been together for 60 years, and they were together at a party. When their daughter asked them to get up and dance, they didn’t hesitate for a moment. They got up and started dancing.

The song that was playing was Old Time Rock ‘n’ Roll, and I think it was the perfect choice for this type of activity. They were dancing in a way that is sure to make you smile, and I think it may even put some of us to shame.

Their daughter was there to take the video and she captioned it that her parents were an inspiration at 80 years old.

Of course, people who watched the video were instantly in love with the couple. I just hope that I’m able to enjoy dancing this much when I’m 80.
