Evan Ellingson’s manner of death has been revealed.

Three weeks after his tragic and unexpected passing at just 35 years old, the coroner’s report has revealed that Ellingson’s death has been ruled an accident, People reports.

As Mamas Uncut reported earlier this month, Evan Ellingson was a beloved child star best known for his role in My Sister’s Keeper and CSI: Miami.

Fans, family, and friends have been mourning his passing over the last several days.

According to TMZ, Ellingson reportedly passed away on November 5. The report stated that Ellingson was discovered deceased in his bedroom in his home in Bernardino County.

At the time, much like the manner of death confirms, law enforcement did not suspect foul play. However, the local coroner’s office at the time stated that “the exact circumstances of his death are unclear at this point.”

New reports have not clarified that statement as his cause of death has yet to be confirmed. Nonetheless, in an interview with TMZ, Ellingson’s father confirmed that his son was allegedly staying at a “sober-living home” after struggling with drugs in the past.

His father at the time still admitted that his passing left Ellingson’s passing “completely shocked.” Ellingson was only 35 years old at the time of his passing.

Ellingson began acting at the age of 13 and became a popular face in Hollywood having acted in major movies and television shows including My Sister’s Keeper, CSI: Miami, Bones, 24, General Hospital, and many more.
