During his heyday, Frankie Avalon was in high demand as a teen actor. Fans fell in love with him the moment he first debuted on TV screens in 1952, because to his lovely grin and compelling demeanor.

In December of 1952, he had his first appearance on television on the hit sitcom The Honeymooners, performing on trumpet in a segment titled ‘Christmas Party’ from ‘The Jackie Gleason Show.’

When Avalon was only 12 years old, he released the single ‘Cupid’ and began working as a musician. His song ‘DeDe Dinah’ became a worldwide smash several years later.
