There are certain things that many of us appreciate about the holidays and one of them usually goes back to music. More than likely, we have our favorite Christmas song, and there are plenty to choose from.

One of the Christmas songs that we may enjoy listening to on occasion is from 1977. Of course, the song is a lot older than that but the couple that sang it really is an odd couple, to say the least.

Bing Crosby takes the lead in the video and he was in England to spend the holidays. He found out that David Bowie was his neighbor, and that is where the video got its start.

After visiting and chatting for a while, they perform The Little Drummer Boy together. It is one of those renditions that just seems to stick in our mind as an experience that is to be enjoyed.

Unfortunately, Bing Crosby died shortly after the video was made. People will always remember him and the movies and songs he added to the entertainment history. This includes many Christmas songs, such as his renditions of White Christmas and more.

David Bowie also died in 2016 and left behind a legacy that is still being enjoyed by millions of people today. Even though this collaboration will never take place again, it’s wonderful that they had the video that we can enjoy anytime we like.
